The talented Albanian cellist has an ear and a heart for music that captures the attention of audiences around the globe.

Gjilberta Lucaj, born and raised in Shkodër, Albania, showed proclivity to music at a very young age. Her parents enrolled her in a music school, where she followed in her mother’s footsteps and learned to play the piano as well as the cello at the early age of 5. It was uphill from there.
