Benjamin Prelvukaj is the ambitious young entrepreneur who founded Benjamin Steakhouse. Prelvukaj, along with a fellow Peter Luger alumni—his brotherin- law, Ben Sinanaj—opened Benjamin Steakhouse in 2006, establishing it as one of New York’s premiere steak destinations.
